Panel 3 — Data-driven regional advantage – collection, fusion and exchange of data

This panel will focus on the solutions based on data collection, data analysis tools, exchange of information and cyber security. It is necessary to underscore the importance of interoperability as well as the efficient and timely use of the existing solutions when countering threats. Is the current level of cooperation between the countries in the region sufficient? What are the possible ways of enhancing the exchange of information in order to contribute to the strengthening of the security situation?
Panel 2 — Maritime critical infrastructure protection

The Baltic Sea plays a significant role from the economic perspective. It is an important trade route. However, critical infrastructure is sensitive to hybrid threats, therefore its security is crucial. Within this panel, the speakers will be invited to discuss the possible threats, initiatives aimed at the protection of critical infrastructure, as well as the possible use of new technologies.
Panel 1 — New space of deterrence – security perspectives of the Baltic Sea

Strengthening the current and future cooperation in the region aimed at the development of defence capability is of high importance. Within this panel, the speakers will be invited to discuss inter alia the possible changes from the geopolitical perspective after Finland and Sweden join NATO. How will NATO enlargement influence the security situation in the region? Is the Baltic Sea going to become a new space of deterrence?
