DIGITAL BALTIC 2025

Third Digital Baltic Conference

Digital Baltic 2025 was the third edition of an international conference dedicated to maritime security, the resilience of critical infrastructure, and digital transformation in the Baltic Sea region. The event took place on 2 June 2025 in Gdynia. This year’s edition was of particular significance as it was held as part of Poland’s Presidency of the Council of the European Union, bringing together representatives of governments, the military, international organizations, academia, and industry from across Europe.

The conference addressed key challenges related to security in the Baltic Sea region, including joint threat monitoring, the development of initiatives such as Digital Ocean, Baltic Sentry, and Task Force X – Baltic, as well as the impact of NATO’s enlargement to include Sweden and Finland on the regional security architecture. Particular emphasis was also placed on the role of modern technologies and artificial intelligence in protecting critical infrastructure, as well as on building strategies to strengthen international cooperation and regional stability.
