DIGITAL BALTIC 2026

Fourth Digital Baltic Conference

Digital Baltic 2026 was the fourth edition of the international conference dedicated to the security of critical infrastructure and building a shared situational awareness in the Baltic Sea region. The event took place on 18–19 March 2026 in Gdynia, at the headquarters of the Research and Development Centre Maritime Technology Centre (OBR CTM S.A.), and was co-organized by the Ministry of National Defence, OBR CTM S.A., and the Polish Armaments Group. Panel discussions covered, among others, state resilience, inter-institutional cooperation, countering disinformation, and the growing role of artificial intelligence in informational and operational security.

An important part of the conference were practical workshops, during which participants worked with the Digital Baltic platform – a system integrating data from multiple sources to build a common operational picture and support decision-making processes. Realistic crisis scenarios were also analyzed, along with topics related to the development of offshore wind energy and its impact on the security system. Particular emphasis was placed on interoperability, system integration, and data sharing as the foundation of effective protection of the Baltic Sea region.
