DIGITAL BALTIC 2023

First Digital Baltic Conference

Digital Baltic 2023 was the first edition of the conference dedicated to the protection of maritime critical infrastructure in the Baltic Sea region. The event took place on June 27, 2023, in Gdynia and aimed to create a platform for the exchange of experiences and best practices between representatives of governments, armed forces, academic institutions, and industries from Baltic Sea countries. The conference was attended by experts from NATO, the EU, and national agencies responsible for defense and security.

During the meeting, key challenges in the protection of critical infrastructure were discussed, including modern tools, strategies, and the use of data to enhance regional advantage. The main focus was on international cooperation, strengthening relationships in maritime security, and taking actions to ensure the stability of the region.

Join StartupHack!

StartupHack ed.2 is an accompanying event of Digital Baltic Junior, which will take place at the Gdańsk Science and Technology Park on May 30–31. It will focus on maritime technologies, critical infrastructure resilience, and cybersecurity using Dual-Use technologies.

It’s an opportunity to work on real-world challenges under the guidance of experienced mentors from military and civilian sectors. The event will conclude with project presentations to a jury and a competition for prizes worth a total of 15,000 PLN.
